The Philadelphia and Vicinity Hungarian-American club, known as The Tanya, is celebrating its 50th anniversary in September. Réka created four archive film clips for the event, using the 8mm film her father and other founding members shot over the years, staring in the early 1960's. The films tell the story of a community of 1956 refugees who gave most of their free time and money to create a little piece of Hungary for themselves and for their children in the heart of Pennsylvania.
